The apartment is very cozy and I felt very comfortable living in this neighborhood. The location is prime for going in and out of Center City and Manayunk. Perfect walking distance for any amenity.

What I like most about my rental is the location- easy access to the train (with a 7 min ride to Center City, 3 min ride to Manayunk), and plenty of businesses in walking distance. There is hardly any noise in this neighborhood, and the ambience of Fiorino's underneath is the cherry on top! Parking can be tough at times, but it is easier than most neighborhoods in Philadelphia; the most time I've spent looking for a space is probably under 10 mins. Everything you need is in close proximity, and you wouldn't need a car, if possible. Maintenance to the building was consistent, but there were times that maintenance let themselves in the building when I was not around. Some people prefer that, but I personally would have liked if they waited until I was home. Overall, I feel completely safe in this apartment and the neighborhood, and I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to feel in the city without feeling too much "in the city".

Parking is sometimes hard to find, but understandable because of all of the residents around the neighborhood. I have noticed that the amenities have been used, so they have some wear and tear.
