I think this place is great for the price but I wish the landlord explained that a daycare is next door because it’s loud and the children are obnoxious and aren’t aware of their surroundings nor do they care about people’s property. I almost hit a child with the door and if I part directly in front of this apartment, there are handprints on my car. Additionally, our neighbors and those who order from the chinese place double park ALL OF THE TIME. It makes it impossible to leave or park close because they cover open parking spots.
