Mr. James Donchez & Mr. Paul Pehala are not only excellent and outstanding maintenance personnel. They are perfect gentleman and very polite and both have a very good sense of humor, and they also make me feel like I am part of a family. They are extremely patient dealing with the large capacity workload they have to deal with all the Lexington Village Residents every day. They both also have beautiful personalities and are very understanding to my maintenance concern and all my concern I might be having. I can talk to both of them like my own family member and feel very comfortable doing it. I hope they are both my maintenance men for the time I live here at this wonderful community Lexington Village. Sincerely Yours Ron Grella

We'd like to thank you for going above and beyond by arranging for the stone barrier trench to be put on next to our home. It's such a comfort to live in a place where you know that if anything goes wrong, it will be taken care of by making just one phone call to the office! We especially like to thank Jim & Paul who worked so hard in the hot sun to get the job done!

I love my apartment with a garage! Property is maintained and managed well. The staff is very good to us! The maintenance guys do a great job, especially in the winter! Friendly neighbors and great location.

I moved to Lexington Village Pa. In June2016., from the Leigh Valley Pa. At that time I went to Apt. living. What a wonderful choice I made! At 73 yrs old, I feel very safe, and I still like home here. The manager Jane Mainolfi is very pleasant and always helping me as well as Karen. I wish we had a pool! Please think about it! Maintenance is great! And friendly too. My 3 sons are happy I am safe and happy. KUDOS TO ALL!
