Amenities, noise

Living directly across the street from pine mountain excavating, construction is extremly noisy starting at 6am , Also it stinks that we cant have an umbrella for picnic table we offered to purchase, table has hole for umbrella , community room is a waste, pool table needs to be thrown out , room could be turned into something more useful, a propane grill for tenants would be great, allowing us to plant flowers would be wonderful lets beautifie oak grove , shrubs are dead, trees gone, lilac tree dead but still there , i understand rent is income based but it shouldnt mean we need to live without some enjoyment.
