The management and maintenance are generally responsive to tenants and maintenance request are usually handled in a timely manner

Still cleaning Dog hair all throughout apartment since move in from previous guests. This place is way to expensive to have not thoroughly cleaned prior to tenant move in. Also, dog poop in several places on patio.

We have been living at Willowyck for almost 2 months. It's been such a great experience so far. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated. The staff in the office is so friendly and helpful. We had some minor things that required maintenance, and they were taken care of immediately. Absolutely love living here!

Friendly staff and neighbors! Staff is quick to communicate any announcements and very responsive. Maintenance staff is very quick and good at what they do. Neighbors are quiet and friendly - great place for young professionals and families and anyone with dogs. Plenty of parking and quiet neighborhood close to everything!
