Great Space

The apartments have a large amount of space, especially storage space compared to other apartments and even townhomes. The kitchen countertops are huge, you wont find that anywhere else. Very cozy space and I love living here. Biggest downside for me is hearing the people upstairs at all hours, it wakes me up.

I just moved in a few weeks ago and it is very quiet here and the grounds are well taken care of. The best aspects so far for me are the friendly, professional and efficient property manager here at the Reserve at Manada Hill. It is an ongoing adjustment for me using the rentcafe app and it was a bit confusing at first regarding the full amount for first month and any prorated rent for the second month but hopefully I will catch up to the system soon. So far maintenance for move in items has been very responsive, now I just need to finish unpacking.
