Pros and cons

Overall I like my apartment. There have been glitches. I was not given a laundry payment card until over 4 months of living here. The was problems with the original maintanace people. As well there was never a walk through by the leasing staff when I moved in. If there was many problems would have been resolved faster. I fixed several issues myself like oven and stove element that did not work because I could not get the original maintenance men would not even admit that there was an issue let alone repair the problem. Every place I have rented from always had a walk through on the day of entering. When I went to the office the leasing agent was on the phone and just handed me the keys without ever getting off of the phone. Fortunately they were replaced by a great new team. Parking is an issue. I am in the 101 building. The spaces are very tight. I have many dings and dents because of the space. This is aggravated by vehicles parked that do not belong here. There are signs stating a towing company but no one has ever seen such towing on the premises. Also people in my building park in front of the no parking sign by the front door. Sometimes for hours. I have told the manager about this but nothing has been done. I have a problem with the apartment above me banging and thumping on thee floor from 8 pm to as late as 3 am. I have had vibrations from this knock things off of my walls and shelves, That said the neighbor are mostly great! I feel very safe and secure here. I like that each floor has laundry facilities I feel comfortable speaking with Debbie the manager and usually get problems resolved.

Could do better

It's not a bad place, aside from the occasional smell of marijuana. The parking lot should have some type of speed limit. People drive in and out like they are on a street. They take no thought that someone could be pulling out. The washing area could use some decent washing machines. I've been here three years, the only change thats noticeable were changing of guards.
