Fantastic Place!

August, 22, 2024 I’ve lived in an upper floor studio since mid-2024. The office staff is extremely helpful, and the maintenance staff were polite, knowledgeable, timely, and professional on the two occasions I needed them. It’s a large studio (452 sq.ft.) and the vaulted ceiling makes it seem very large and open. What I like most about my apartment is the thought and amenities that went into the design and layout! It’s compact, but they utilized every inch to maximal effect. What they managed to include in the apartment is amazing given its size — vaulted ceiling; large u-shaped kitchen with 2 windows and plenty of cabinets and drawers; stone counters; built-in full-sized, clean, brand name appliances; plank floors and carpeting; 2 wardrobe/pantry closets; and a huge walk-in closet with shelving and several heavy duty hanging rods. The bathroom is oversized with an extra-wide stone-topped vanity with generous cabinet and drawer space. There’s even a nice space under the extended counter which is perfectly sized to fit a litter box.?? The covered deck off the living room sliders is very good sized and can easily handle 4-5 chairs and a dining table. The only negative is the traffic sounds on Nyberg St. My unit is next to the street and, because of the apartment’s elevated position, all the traffic sounds are dramatically amplified. At first I thought it was like 100 motorcycles a day, but it just turned out to be “macho” cars with amplified mufflers. If I didn’t wear hearing aids that I can turn off, the sounds may have been a deal breaker. The next best thing about the complex is the care and quality of its landscaping and the landscape crew. The grounds are impecably maintained and beautiful!! There’s even a small wildlife preserve pond on the property with a waterfall. Gorgeous! The owners of the property show obvious pride, quality, and care in how they keep it. I love and am quite proud to be a resident at Timbers at Tualatin!

Parking is BAD

The parking is very bad. There should be a free parking spot designated to every apartment.

Comfortable place to call home

One of my favorite prts of living here is being greeted by beautiful and well maintained flowers and a huge waterful. Timbers at Tualatin has fantastic grounds maintenace and a great walking path along the river which is great for nature levels like myself. Whenever i reach out for assistance or a question, I can count of the responible staff to always answer the phone or respond in a timely manner. I have felt provided for here, rather than just another tenant. Timbers at Tualatin has a fun dog park, nice pool with new chairs and an always sparkling clean lobby space and kitchen (which had communal ice cream for treats). My neighbors have always been quiet and friendly, which i appreciatte. Additionally, being located as close as possible to the freeqay makes my commute to work a breeze. After living here two years, going on three, i would highly recommend this appartment complex for the nature, responsible staff, home and safe feel, plus the convenice of location. Timbers at Tualatin is the best!

Nice place

Quiet. Well maintained. Garbage containers need to be emptied more frequently. Pool area and workout room are great. Staff is super nice - office and maintenance.

Rent is high

Rent is very high. Finding parking by your apartment is difficult. Garbage builds up in garbage bins. Noisey.
