It is a great place to live in . Some noosy neihnor down stairs who bangs my floor otherwise its a great fit for me and my family .

I have been living at the Overland for almost a year and a half. While the location is convenient, I haven't been blown away by the upkeep of the property. I feel property management could elevate themselves by hiring more people to help out with trash, daily cleaning and maintenance. I think the South building fire pit has worked once since I moved in. The gym is great and I like the convenience of having Everbowl downstairs and the grocery store across the street. I do feel rent is over priced, but so is everything these days. Wish there was more amenities that came with living here, but I'm content with my choice.

I have lived here for over 2 years, right from the day when this building was inaugurated. This place is lovely. The staff is friendly. The location is amazing. There is Winco, Walmart and Costco at a stone’s throw. The management is kind and organises a lot of events. Hope everyone has an wonderful stay here!
