I absolutely love living at Pacific Park! The location is amazing because I have kids and I can see the park from my back door! I love how welcoming and friendly the office management and maintenance team are.

Not good

I have lived here for just over one month and this is what I have experienced.......MOLD everywhere: Every room has a significant amount of black mold. Today I installed our washer and dryer and the crawl space for the dryer duct was filled with mold and rotting drywall. A major factor is the windows are very outdated and moisture has no resistance from coming in from the outside, keeping the duplex warm does nothing to help. The maintenance staff has been great but unfortunately these places are too old and dilapidated to keep up. I know my residence needs all new windows which doesn't seem to be in the realm of possibility. Every window in this house has mold on all rubber seals and throughout all cracks and crevices. Rent price is fairly high for the condition and every time you pay rent you are charged a 50.00-60.00 dollar processing fee. Our neighbors have frequent domestic disputes through all hours of the night. Once again, the staff seems nice enough and some of the issues I have experienced are out of their control, but there are so many issues with just my unit alone. Location is great, but you are locked into a one year lease. Proceed with great caution.

Great quiet community to raise my family

I have absolutely loved my experience at Pacific Park, my kids love living here. The management is very nice, friendly and always willing to help. The maintenance team has always responded to any issues that arise in a very timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet and good neighbors are very friendly.
