Lancaster commons is an affordable apartment complex. The brightly painted units are managed by helpful staff and kept well manicured by the maintenace crew. I have enjoyed living here the last year and am signing a lease for the followong year. The pool is jice and kept clean. Everyone in the communify seems to take care of the space and are respectful freindly neighbors. There are some down sides such as location is noisy and there is a lot of gomeless thoroughfair. We do have security and i have not had any issues besides the noise and smell begond my apartment from the homeless gatherings. The gym has not been uodated and practically useless if its imeven open im not sure. I would like to see the gym updated and opened back up. We are pating dor the ammentities and its pretty ridiculous i remted a place with a gum but the gym is never open.

I've been living for almost a year. Been pretty nice, quiet and peaceful. Parking issues because they are not enough and people dont respect sometimes.
