Pretty good place to live

The only thing I have a question about is that there are several folks that are using BBQ's, so I'd like to know what the actual rules are outside of the rental agreement.

Amazing locality!

Lived here for a few months now! The neighborhood is awesome. Right next to Bethany village where you can get anything and everything. Trails and parks are not far. High rated schools. Apartments are spacious with modern appliances. Parking is on an expensive side but available. All in all, it is a good place to live.
