There are so many things wrong with the building and its operations, Tenants created a Union with help of outside org, and collectively wrote a demand letter to Trion management asking for changes... but they mostly ignored the issues. They care more about their profits, than tenant safety or health and well-being. I cannot recommend The Russell Apartments.
