Great starter home

I enjoy living here, it’s definitely a great first apartment. A couple concerns of mine would be there’s a decent amount of organic growth on the walls and ceiling. Inevitably, there’s also growth in the bathroom but that comes with the humid territory. The neighbors are very friendly, appliances are clean and updated, and the greenery around sets such an uplifting environment. It’s easy to contact maintenance, however, sometimes the timeframe gets miscommunicated. Like I said, it’s. a great first apartment so I’m a satisfied tenant, just a couple things that I have observed while living here.

Dirty and cheap

Expensive, cheaply renovated, little available parking, and garbage everywhere. Management is unresponsive.

No updates, no maintenance, high rent

The rent goes up the maximum increase every year, despite being a long term tenant and having nearly nothing improved on our unit. The property is poorly maintained and garbage is usually everywhere. Lots of mold. The new deck they put in our unit was poorly installed and is now so warped we can't even use the deck. The only things that are good here are the neighbors and the location. Management is largely unresponsive.

Lovely cozy home

It's almost been our first month here and I truly love it. Although it isn't perfect, we have settled into this new home of ours and love the ambience of the complex. The people here are very friendly and so are the staff. We are looking forward to our first year here!
