Why Renters Love It Here

Not worth it

Way too expensive for what they provide, maintenance requests are rarely actually addressed. My car got towed 3 times in my spot while I have had to tow at least 5 cars out of my spot because no one patrols unless it's my car. In the end, I left with over 10 maintenance requests unfinished.

Great place to live

It's a great place to live, good location, and Nice homes. I recognize i live in downtown Portland, however, the max is loud. The homeless like to wander around in the back and check out the abandoned building. But i recognize that comes with living down town and the location is amazing.
