The staff is great!

I lived here for a little over a year from 2019 to 2020 and came back last September. The people are top notch! The neighborhood is one of the best for downtown Portland. It is nice to walk out your door and go for a walk, bike ride or sit on the dock and enjoy being so close to the water. Many events happen on the waterfront you can walk to. There are a couple great restaurants right here or the streetcar is nearby so you can hop on it and go uptown. Overall, a fun place to be!

Parking is a little much and the garages need to be about half a foot wider but other than that everything here is great. Fitness room is great

Location, dogs, cozy home

We have lived here for almost one year. The location is perfect. The neighbors we know are super friendly. There are so many cute dogs in this community. The townhouse we live in is very cozy and homelike. We are very happy here.
