A nice building in a great location but maintenance is iffy

I've had a nice time living at The Sunnyside. My apartment is adorable, the view is gorgeous and the location is fantastic. The maintenance at the building is pretty erratic. The front door handle was broken for nearly a month and I had to use a side entrance to enter the building, one which is far from the elevator which would be a major accessibility issue. The staff is pretty responsive and cheerful but it can be difficult to get things fixed quickly. Overall it's good, but they're raising the rent so we'll see if it remains a good value.

Nice Place

Just moved in seems like a nice place. Location is nice. It would be better if the units came with air conditioning. That is really the only flaw.

pretty good

Been here 1.5 years. Noise up stairs is loud since new tenant moved in - loud walking, tread mill, maybe rowing machine. But overall a good place to live.
