Excellent community to live with family. Good schools are near by. Nice place and calm. However, the parking slot is not good. Too expensive rent and other maintenance. Otherwise I love it.

We have lived here over 2 years and after looking at Many apts. this met our criteria and more. Parking is the biggest negative. The grounds are nice but the building repairs (outside) seem to be taking forever to complete. The rent is reasonable and our 2 bedroom, 2 bath has plenty of room.

Family Oriented

South Parc is a very family-oriented place to live in a very safe neighborhood. The staff is excellent, and I have had no troubles with any neighbors in the 10 months that we have lived here. It is nice to be in a place where my kids can walk to a friend’s home and I don't need to fret about their safety. If you are looking for a place to raise your kids and simply cannot afford a house in this outrageous market. Then I would recommend making South Parc your home.
