Loving the life

We just love it here! It has met and exceeded our expectation. We got all our boxes checked off when we found you. No we are not sucking up. We looked at many places. The managment here is super nice and people who live here are friendly and especially dog friendly. We went walking in our nwighborhood today and we felt safe and sound. We took our dogs in all the stores and they where treated like hollywood stats. Happy, happy, happily your neighbors at Savier Flats apartments..

Parking garage is vandalized frequently

The location is nice. The building is older, it is maintained, but it took almost 1 year for the trash chutes to be repaired and for the garage doors to be fully functional. There is no security in the parking garage even after frequent break-ins of multiple vehicles. The apartment maintenance crew quickly responds...had an issue with my kitchen sink that was fixed within 1 day.
