You get what you pay for. Water that doesn't get hot, or doesn't get cold, or barely runs at all, depending on time of day. Condescending maintenance staff. Poor communication from the management team. Maybe you should have your property manager living onsite, so they have to deal with everything that the tenants do, instead of kids from across town who leave an hour early every day and don't answer the phone.

I have lived here for several years. The positive things outweigh the negative things. I appreciate that most utilities are included in the rent. However, after several years, I have had rent increases but no upgrades. My immediate neighbors are pleasant and respectful. But some tenants are loud and inconsiderate. They are the same ones who dump trash everywhere but the dumpsters, and drive through with loud music playing. It doesn’t matter the time of day. Parking is a huge problem. Many tenants have two vehicles. So, there is no room for guests. And if I go to the store, I risk having no place to park.
