Survey feedback

For the price we are paying the units are outdated. I can hear the water in the pipes when there is any water usage. Updated faucets would be nice for the kitchen and cabinet hardware just to give it some more modern look. I understand carpet helps reduce noise but having hardwood or the fake stuff like in the bathrooms at least in the living room would be great and help for those of us on a higher floor with keeping it cool in summer. I do love the location and staff is quick to respond I just think for the price there could be some updates.

Quiet, safe community. Good place for my dog and I to live. Have no plans on leaving unless the rents continue to increase.
