A great location to live in Portland. The monthly Garage parking fee should be lower.

I think the staff have been wonderful throughout the process. I think the place is clean and well kept and the apartments are very nice

After 3 years in the Maestro, I can say it has the best staff of any place I've lived. They do everything to make it a community. The building and apartments are beautiful, and the location is perfect. The walls are thin, though. But by and large it is a great great group of friendly people.

I LOVE my space! It's been a great neighborhood spot to have my small business. My guests love it. Parking is easy as most spots are zoned and 2 hours free. The building amenities are awesome. The garbage rooms are overflowing most of the time and pretty nasty. Today the glass recycling bins were finally taken out, but then left out on the curb. That seems like asking for trouble considering the homeless problem in the area. The amenities are great and the staff does a good job of keeping the common areas clean otherwise.
