The staff are friendly and helpful. They get a lot of hate from some guests, but so far they've been nothing but helpful and understanding. And don't worry, everything isn't broken.

Ladd is a great apartment complex overall, and the rent is still affordable. Great amenities with a great environment. However, I'd like to comment about the staff who take a long time to reply to an email.
