A great place to live

Grant Park Village is a lovely place to live for so many reasons. The location is tops, the staff is responsive and friendly, and the apartments have intelligent floor plans. There are many amenities that I wouldn't trade for other residences in the city. The gated indoor parking is so convenient, and the close proximity to many stores, cafes, schools, the library, and public transportation make GPV a winner too. There are many pluses to living here.

Maintenance

I would like to see more attention paid to these areas: 1. scrubbing the stairs from lower level to second floor, particularly the carpeted portion at Floor 2; 2. periodic power-washing of recycling roll-carts; 3. periodic scrubbing of trash-chute door interior.
