Extremely disrespectful

If you are looking to rent pay attention to the recent reviews as this company likes to delete bad reviews. The appliances are always breaking, the fob to get into the building is always broken, the noisy from outside deliveries is INSANE. The delivery drivers have ZERO respect for the tenants and will get into honking wars with each other at 5am.

Quick review and rate

The trains and MAX are loud but not much to do about it. The maintenance has been an issue at times due to a leak in faucet. I’m hoping to have it stop being an issue. The extra FOB key could be more affordable too.

Perfect Fit

My family has loved living here. Great lounges to enjoy family and friends. A short walk to my daughters school, the grocery store and a quirky family friendly pizza joint. The staff is helpful and knows us by name and our security guards at night do a great job. Highly recommend Grant Park Village. Great neighborhood and friendly neighbors.

Good location/Bad staff

Location above New Seasons excellent. Maintenance excellent. Office staff changes are a revolving door. Current staff without a doubt worst in six years residence--rude, totally unhelpful, obviously waiting to be gone.
