The trash room is filthy. Discarded furniture literally fills the room and precludes access to recycle bins. Removal is being paid for. Where is the service?

I have lived at the Grant Park Village apartments for over three years, and I have greatly enjoyed my time here. The maintenance staff is so quick to help out when an issue pops up and ensure it's fixed promptly and correctly. We are in a great area close to good restaurants, bars and parks. We are also a short jaunt to downtown (around 3-ish miles by bike/walking) and close to the airport.

I've lived at Grant Park for about a year now and I am still in love with the place. The management office staff are always friendly and prompt with responses, parking options are flexible, everything is well maintained and issues get resolved quickly and efficiently. Pros: Right next to everything! I-84 is literally right around the corner, multiple grocery options, a pet store right downstairs! Several bus routes within a short walk - 2 right outside the building Cons: Parking can be challenging depending on which lot you sign up for, heavy traffic in the area due to being right on several major arterial routes and a school nearby

Receiving packages from amazon is a challenge, You never know where the packages are being delivered to. Mail room, garage mail room, in a hallway, etc. ??? I do understand its not an apartment management issue, but any help would be appreciated.
