Receiving packages from amazon is a challenge, You never know where the packages are being delivered to. Mail room, garage mail room, in a hallway, etc. ??? I do understand its not an apartment management issue, but any help would be appreciated.

LIving at Grant Park VIllage

I like the location. It is centrally located near to park, stores, Lloyd Center mall and a number of businesses. I enjoy that t is a secured building and that it has security staffing during late night early morning hours. There aer alot of businesses conveniently located nearby which is part of the reason that I moved here. If You have children,, there are several schools close by as well as pharmacies. Within the village, there is a vet store, dental office, celll phone store, New Seasons. If you want to work out, there is a fitness center as well as a package room and the wo lounges. In the summer time, I really enjoy being able to sit out on the main patio as an option. What I dont like? when residents dont clean up after pets. Although for the most part, I think that residents do a pretty good job of cleaning up of pet waste. My neighbors are pretty quiet so there is not alot of noise internally. we are located close by to train tracks as well as 33rd ramp so there is traffic sounds at times. If You like ot go for wallks, YOu can walk to Grant Park two blocks away, where there is a track and beautiful park ajdacent to the newly refurbished high school. If You enjoy walking, You can walk past Grant Park up to 42nd-Hollywood district-where there are a number of businesses and the library on the way.

Great place, location and overall safety

You have a New Seasons, Fred Meyers within less than half mile distance and then at around 1-2miles you have a bunch others (target, trader joe's etc) that you can walk to and feels pretty safe. You also have 2 parks near by and it's a great neighborhood.

We Love Living Here!

We have lived at the Grant Park Village apartments for around 3 years now and couldn't be happier. The location is central to so many things in Portland, the rent is a good value for the space, and we love the maintenance team here.
