Since moving in to the Grand+ Belmont last 1/8/24, before a huge winter storm, my place has felt more and more everyday and with the help of my neighbors and staff here ??

the location is amazing. the views are stunning, but the noise from Grand Ave can be a lil annoying at times. other than that it is a pretty cool building and a nice place to live.

The building has studio-2 bedrooms and it seems to be mostly studios. I have a studio, under 400 sq ft. Its the perfect size for one person. The location is fantastic (East-Central). The walkability is prime. The building is mostly secure. The primary entry is in the office area, so anyone visiting the building must pass leasing, unless they take the garage entry with a resident. Staff is friendly, especially the manager. Noise has been somewhat of an issue, primarily during weekends. It seems like a lot to ask to expect residents and guests not to raise the roof in the hallway. A basic consideration for many but not all. Dogs are sometimes a nuisance but not consistently. The staff work hard to ensure the property is clean and is good about reminding people of the policies. No gym but close to other resources.
