An ok apartment

Compared to other places i’ve rented, it is well kept and the mantanence guy is great. The location is not great but the property is set back from the street and parking is generally well protected, but tight. Its decently quiet. In unit washer/dryer is very nice to have, in addition to private patios/decks.

Cool place to live

This neighborhood hass been out home for the past 4 years and has been Wonderful experience. We haven't had any major issues. Although there was times when it was hard to get a hold of a manager due to COVID qnd not having enough staff. However they managed to address the concerns brought to them without too much drama or complications. I am glad this place feels home to me.

It's been okay living here there have been a lot of management changes. They're notices for maintenance going on in the property never match up with the actual maintenance that happens.
