Very NE Portland Apartment

I appreciate all of the staff - the maintenance employees are always very helpful and kind as well as the property manager. We have a two bedroom with a balcony and we really can’t complain for the price. There’s laundry in the basement of our building which uses an app so thats convientient, but it is pretty pricy when we’re also paying for water separately. We have one parking space and there is vistor parking, but its often full and my partner or I often have no where to park. It’s usually pretty quiet but there are a couple of units that can play music or shout some nights. The location isn’t totally safe so I don’t know if I’d have kids here, but our unit is in the furthest lot from the street so thats helpful for safety and noise. Overall, we’re lucky to have found a teo bedroom for the price and we’re planning to stay until we’re able to move to a nicer location.
