Gym isn’t what was originally promised when lease signed

My apartment itself is great. Since moving in, many changes have been made, such as the gym losing two peices of equipment so it has only one treadmill and free weights. Its hours changed so I can no longer use it before work in the mornings. Then everyone is fighting for the singular treadmill after work. It seems its rarely cleaned.

Great building & location

Just moved into the building in the past few weeks, very much enjoying it as well as the location so far! Underground parking waitlist is the biggest negative.
