I've been at Clermont for almost a year and am signing on for another year. The location is beautiful as well as convenient. There is minimal noise and if your neighbors are being a little loud, it's never at an inappropriate time or for very long, everyone is just living their lives. Guest parking can be a bit of a pain, but it also helps keep noise levels down and large parties to a minimum (if there ever are any!) Overall, this has been a great place to live and I'm happy to call it home.

My expereince with Clermont has been wonderful from when I went on a tour of the property, to submitting my lease, to move-in day! Taryn has been so welcoming and kind. Her and Dean did a run through of my unit with me on move in day and explained tips and tricks for maintenance and showed me how all the outlets and light switches worked. All the neighbors I've met so far have been kind and respectul. The area is quiet and it seems to be like a place to live for quite a while! Thanks to the whole team!
