Chateau Hills

We still have not had an event to meet the new office staff. Office is closed too often. New office staff sent only 1 reminder email for new parking tags, on the last day before implementation. Staff hasn't gotten back about new parking tags a week after given data. The subfloor in my unit is rotten, bounces and squeeks. Full-on hole in floor in closet.

The recent property management company change has resulted in reduced customer service to the residents. That, combined with significantly increasing rental rates, has made this a poor value proposition to current and potential residents.

We have lived here for over 10 years. The location is perfect. Close to schools, public transit and easy access to Highway 26 and 217. Rent is reasonable. The property is relatively quiet. Maintenance are addressed quickly.

Lived here more than 4 years. Location was great. Weve had different neighbors and its been quiet expect for some children running up and down the stairs occasionally. Great working with management. They are friendly and personalble. Things are fixed quickly when you ask. Can't complain about too much here.

Chateau Hills occupies a central location in the Beaverton/Portland axis. Easy access to freeway, grocery store, gas station, recreation centers, hospitals...almost everything. The manager is always looking out for the safety of every resident and their belongings on and off the property. I remember her showing up at our unit to let us know our car door was left open. The supporting staff also play an excellent role in responding to work order requests and keeping the environment clean and safe for everyone. The complex is family friendly. We had a neighbor checked on us to supply us warm water during a city-wide power outage in 2024 winter. If you are looking for an apartment that is safe and community based, I recommend Le Chateau Hills without any reservation.

The manager is very kind and I appreciate that we are notified of everything happening in the complex. I do think for the price we pay and the units being townhouses, in unit laundry would make living there more enjoyable. Parking can sometimes be difficult with limited spots.
