There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence. Pet rent is $40 per month for 1 pet and $70 per month for 2 pets. There is also a refundable $300 deposit required for each pet. We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. The weight limit for dogs is 50 lbs. Please reach out to our leasing team for questions about pets other than cats and dogs.
