The Bridgetown is a 50-Unit net zero, eco-friendly apartment building in the NE Beaumont Village neighborhood of Northeast Portland. The Bridgetown retail conveniently located on NE Fremont including Union Barber, Prince Coffee, State Farm Insurance, and a Love Hive Yoga! An activated entry courtyard is shared between the retailers and residents which creates a two-way dialogue between The Bridgetown and the neighborhood.

Great location, relatively quiet
I've lived at the Bridgetown for less than a month. It's a great location, relatively quiet, newer construction, clean. The cement floors help dampen noise of my neighbor above (though I can still hear footfalls), but I've never heard my neighbors on either side. The unit has everything I need (dishwasher, A/C, W/D, double paned windows that help control temp & noise). I like that they have windows on each end of the unit to allow for cross-ventilation, so I can use A/C less often. The atrium in the center of the building also helps keep things cool. Tall ceilings help make the unit feel spacious. I like that the building only has 50 units (not a big, 100+ unit building like some of the other new construction in town); people generally seem friendly. The leasing team was great & responsive getting me settled, but it's a little harder to get a hold of them afterwards. The maintenance requests I submitted were addressed within 5 days. Within walking distance of several bars/restaurants, the Beaumont Market, etc. So far, I would recommend.
