Bethany 5 community apartments are too noisy. You can hear walk from upstream neighbors.

Matt, in maintenance is very good. Although the property is small, he does need help, perhaps part-time help. This will enable the breeze ways and parking lot to be power washed more frequently. In addition, PT help would enable more detailing in the apartments such as dismantling the drain traps and faucets in the bathroom tub & sink to thoroughly clean in between the move of each tenant. I believe these apartments are overpriced. Although it's in a good & relatively quiet location, there are no amenities and no air conditioning units. I'm not promoting my husband's business, but I genuinely think for $2000 monthly, all units should at least have AC. If ever you decide to install central AC in the apartments, please contact Alert Heating and AC (503) 747-9347. He'll get the job done correctly!

Nice apartments but way too far out of town, messy trash bins, unfriendly staff and neighbors, and way too expensive.

We've been here since January 2023. I was away when my husband picked the place. The scenery is very nice and relatively quiet which I like. However, I do feel the complex is way overpriced especially since there is no central AC unit in the apartments! Also, the facility doesn't have a fitness center, clubhouse, or swimming pool. With the exception of not having an AC, not having those other amenities are okay however, by not having those amenities particularly not having an AC, the rent should be significantly cheaper.

Getting kinda expensive, it will be a hard decision as to whether to renew
