Maintenance and staff are amazing here. If i submit a request someone will be up that day. The front staff also are helpful. There is a lot of noise from housless people but that’s not really in their control.

Building smells good and is well kept however there could be some improvements.

nice apartments overrall, staff is cool and my neighbors are really chill, but the location although it is close to some grocery stores, a movie theater and some restaurants is not what it used to be. living here 10 years ago was really great im sure but now its just okay
