Misinformation

This apartment complex requires consistent follow up with management, who although attentive, needs reminders for follow through and communication. The apartment was not “move in ready” as promised, and it has been an uphill battle since for cleanliness requests, misinformation, lack of knowledge and personal expenses that has gone into making the conditions livable. Disappointment and frustration would be an understatement.
