Excellent Apartment

Rented here for 2 years and wouldn't have left if I didn't need to relocate! The property manager always responded quickly and was able to fix any of the minor issues I ran into. I loved my unit - great light with the big windows. Rarely heard any noise from neighbors. It was an ideal rental and I'd go back again!

Pretty nice property

I have lived at this property for about 2.5 years. Nice location has several bus line that stop in front of the building. Has a food trailer court within 4 blocks and several restaurants in the neighborhood. Has a park just a few blocks down the street. Very Pet friendly property.

Love my bachelor pad

Everything about my apartment is really nice. It’s clean, well-appointed, easy to maintain, and everyone in the building is friendly. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. Good communication and great location. Planning to stay here for a long time!

The apartments themselves are wonderfully designed with great amenities. Theres a lot nearby in the neighborhood too! I wish there was a common area or like a rooftop to hangout in, but besides that its great.
