The staff here takes great care of the residents! It’s important to be aware that this is the city and the surrounding areas don’t always feel clean or safe, but the building itself always does.

shared amenities such as hot tub have been working less than half the time. Garbage removal from shared cans / recycling rooms are infrequent and trash piles up, sometimes for weeks. Damage in hallways, common areas is often not repaired for months. Locking system is often not working. Doors to shared courtyard have been broken an inoperable for months.

We have lived here for five years. There were some rough times during COVID, especially the problems with security in the garage. The carpets in the hallways could use a cleaning, as could the windows.

Parking spaces are next to giant concrete blocks that will wreck your car if you don't have enough space to park. Street facing windows offer no privacy as there is no tint or treatment to prevent easy viewing into your apartment. App used to unlock doors in the building regularly has issues, making you get locked out sometimes with no alternative but to call someone else to let you in. Location is loud, often hearing people screaming out in the streets. Fire alarm regularly goes off, even when using the toaster or briefly opening the oven.
