It also comes with a small storage shed. Comes with a washer and dryer but you are responsible for repairs. If you have your own, we can move them out of there. There are 18 units in our quiet park, so tenants must be responsible and respectful neighbors. We want the park to be a safe and happy place for all. Property must be kept tidy inside and out. No smoking of any type (or vaping) inside or within 10 feet of open doors and windows. NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
