After being here for 9 years I think I can say that I made a good choice. From the most basic things like never running out of hot water, to the fast response to fixing problems the staff always seem to make thing s go right. Be it maintenance that gets done within about 24 hours tops, to admin problems that somehow get done miraculously fast. Like it here!

Of all the places that I looked at, Surfwood Manor ticked off all the boxes for me. The last six years has proved me right! Grounds are nicely maintained and the courtyard is a quiet spot to relax. Most importantly, the staff is outstanding. They are always available to address any concerns that you may have, and the maintenance staff takes care of problems almost before you submit a request. Very happy I picked Surfwood Manor.
