I’ve been a tenant at Cascade Ridge for 1 month, and so far, my experiences have been pleasant. The staff has been helpful and responsive, neighbors are friendly, parking is convenient and hassle-free, and the gym equipment and environment are clean and well-maintained. Overall, the peaceful, nature of the residence makes it a great place to call home. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth start in a new apartment.

In barely over a year we have been through 3 management companies. All of which have failed to get back to us when they said they would. Who have decided to outsource all parts of the resident portal to a third party, like this one. And have decided that going forward we need to pay for "our share" of utilities as if that isn't what my rent has been doing for the last 4+ years. If I had time to find a better solution, I would not be living here, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I haven't been here long enough to really know. I do not like the way the utilities are calculated even though I was told how they were when I signed the rental agreement. By the time all the paperwork and signage costs for rental insurance, animals, common usage, electrical my rent is actually almost $1,000 more than the actual rent itself. Nobody tells you that.

Management staff was amazing, especially Mandy. The property is clean and well manitained. The unit was spacious. We had lots of options to choose from. Tenants seem nice and considerate. We are excited to move in.
