We've been living here for over 6 years. The property is clean and well-maintained, and our apartment is roomy and comfortable. Views and landscape up here on the mountain are amazing. Maintenance is prompt and excellent -- NO cheap and just enough to get by repairs. Only real shortcoming is lack of air conditioning. We're allowed, and we use, window units, but they only help with individual small spaces. With climate change, summers are much hotter than 30+ years ago when the property was built. Worth the trade-off, though. We have no plans to go anywhere for long-time.

Quiet, beautiful view, great location, nice apartment, free membership to Mountain Park Clubhouse across the street. the Clubhouse has an indoor swimming pool, a basketball court, 2 gyms and lots of activities and classes.

The neighborhood Community Recreation Center is right at your doorstep which offers a free membership. The glorious and newly renovated Center offers an Olympic size pool, exercise studios, gym, basketball court, game room and outdoor tennis courts. The Ridge outdoor pool opens in the summer season and offers a relaxed setting and a picturesque view of the hills. A central location is designated for trash and recycling and provided at no cost. A designated car wash area is provided besides three well maintained laundry rooms. Carports with storage are throughout the community and assigned to each apartment home.
The Ridge at Mountain Park features one bedroom, one bedroom plus den and two bedroom flats. Each apartment home is unique with its own personal location. The community sits on a hillside and there are many lovely views of beautiful landscaping, green foliage and mature tree growth. Each home has an enclosed deck area. The incredible views flavor the luxurious location of the home. The element of openness emphasizes the living area which creates a great room effect. All apartment homes have a roomy interior entry, wood burning fireplace, ceiling fan, galley kitchen with breakfast bar attached, storage area, roomy bathroom area and great sized bedrooms. Inclusive are all kitchen appliances and washer/dryers are available in selected apartments. All homes are provided with a carport with storage, complimentary basic cable, Mt.
