We are very happy with the apartment! Very quiet, and rarely hear our neighbors. It is safe, peaceful, and well maintained. A little pricey. Not looking forward to rent increase.

Only concerns: 1. Too much light in the main bedroom, first floor (parking light dimmed will be a great idea, maybe time depending? (10:00pm - to 4:00am) or even better, less wattage lights {it saves energy too} or a film on the patio door to block light) 2.do not open automatic mail concierge (it is better door delivery)
