The utilities were too much. I averaged around 6-700.00 in the winter. And inwas always cold there. Not worth it.

This property may be an old complex, but the location is fabulous. Set on Oswego Creek, right across from the river and right across from the Lake Oswego. The management is helpful, courteous and maintenance has been always taking care of promptly. The space for the value is really incredible because of the huge covered balconies. Makes you feel like you have an extra room.

Maintenance of Bay Roc is extremely neglected and some concerns still have no be addressed. Location is great, love older buildings and the large balconies and privacy, no noise, very quiet. Was absolutely shockrd by the electric bill in winter as a single occupant thats never home. Wish the poor heating and insulation situation had been disclosed to me as it reslly affected my finances and budget.

The location of Bay Roc is amazing, with a wonderful park across the street and so many shops, a local theater and restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, the building is not well maintained. The elevators are frequently down. The laundry machines are often out of order, and when they are working, they eat quarters like crazy but don't record them. The dog park is not maintained or cleaned. The grounds in general are not kept clean.
