I lived here in the early 2000s. When I was looking to move from where I was living before (very run down, poorly maintained complex), Parkmeadow was one of my first ideas. I am actually living in the exact same unit I had 20+ years ago. It's a great neighborhood that I would never be able to afford to purchase a home.

I have lived here 7+ years. The grounds are immaculate. The apartments are arranged so you only have an upstairs or downstairs neighbor. There are no shared walls for side neighbors. This cuts down on noise. The on site staff are exceptional! I believe they go above and beyond to ensure your comfort, safety and satisfaction. On the rare occasion ive needed maintenance, it was taken care of quickly and pleasantly. For example, my hot water tank went out. I reported it atound 11AM and had a new one installed by 2PM. In a previous life, i was one half of a couple who managed an apartment complex. So i am well aware of the complexities of that position. Kudos to Julie and Jackie and Corey . They exemplify service! The only downside is guest parking is not so good. But each tenant has covered parking.

Very peaceful setting. Beautiful grounds. Julie, Jackie and Corey are most excellent. The way the Apts are designed, you only have an upstairs neighbor which cuts way down on noises. The Apts are definitely old but comfortable and roomy. No on site storage and poor parking for visitors would be my only critique.

Not a lot of amenities, but that is fine because the property is well maintained and managed by friendly, competent, reliable staff. While the cost to rent here feels high for an older property like this, it really is about the best price you are going to find in this area for a clean, well maintained property and apartment. And the staff, who have been here quite a while, are really good.

Our luscious green lawns and beautiful landscaping is just one reason we are one of the most desired places to live.  We have washer and dryer hook-ups in every home as well as an on-site laundry facility.  Our recreation room is well equipped with a treadmill, elliptical, universal, and free weights.  We have a spacious playground and plenty of running room for our four legged friends.
