Fix the maintenance request before you worry about curb appeal and new tenants!!!

Place is rundown and parking is a nightmare

Everything is broken or about to break and the owners dont fix appliances or get new ones, parking is complete disaster with some residents taking up to 4 spots! All the owners care about is curb appeal and raising the rent! Water system is a joke, sometimes the water comes out with black silt! Defenetly looking to move out ASAP

People leave things out on the lawn for giveaways and never take them back if noone picks them up. Looks trashy. Repairs take forever to get done, if at all. Maintenance person just walks by broken glass or trash instead of picking it up.

I have lived here 4 years. Response has always been good when I have submitted work tickets, which has not been a lot. Everything works well, and the place is well landscaped and maintained. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful and is fine for walking and biking. Necessities are not far away, and neither is the river! The location is perfect. Neighbors are peaceful and seem to be decent. This has been a totally positive experience and a good place to call home.

I like the location close to bus stop. the apt is well arranged with two bathrooms and 3 bdrms. the biggest drawback is poor maintenance with almost no response unless a serious problem, then it gets taken care of in a week or two. Minor items light lights in garage and patio blinds that do not work can wait 4 to 10 months attention if even then. Management is nice and friendly.
