Chapel Creek

Chapel creek has it's up's and downs. We've gone through many managers. Our current property manager is getting this place in order, there are still a few issues that need attention but I have faith they will be addressed. Unit's are nice but very cold in winter. There are a lot of unsupervised children that completely tear through the neighborhood leaving trash, shopping carts and anything else they can throw on the floor. Maintenance staff are very polite and helpful. This can be a great neighborhood once it gets figured out.

The community is getting better! Management is doing a great job so far. Only need to get rid of a few more "bad" people and this place will be a great neighborhood.

Nice size units, clean grounds, GREAT STAFF, Amanda and Zack are very helpful, professional, attentive. Chapel Creek has a mixture of residents some of whom seem to really care about where they live and some that have absolutely no respect for their neighbors. Kids seem to be roaming the loop late at night being VERY loud and unruly and always the same kids. Staff including maintenance are a pleasure to work with.
