It’s a nice complex the maintenance team is great but it’s a noisy complex as far as heavy traffic

Have lived here for many years and it has gone downhill since the new owners took over. Rent has skyrocketed. Looking to move.

We moved in almost a month ago. The place is really nice, quiet neighbors and the people are friendly. The grounds are clean all of the time so far. Pet friendly which is hard to find it seems. The staff was great with the whole process and the maintenance team is awesome! Quick to address any issues and super respectful. I'm glad we chose this place to live.

Overall, we enjoy the place. Our gripes include parking, the fake fireplace, the garage, garbage, and rule enforcement. Parking: This coincides with rule enforcement; the parking rules are not followed in accordance with the lease agreement. Guest parking is for guests, not extra cars. Our lease says that if you have a guest for more than two weeks then you will need to add them to the lease. This would imply that once a guest has been here for over those two weeks, they no longer qualify to park in the guest parking. About half the cars in the parking lot have expired tags, which is against our lease agreement. All of that said, the staff does not enforce any rules! Garage: This is one of the issues that leads to the parking situation. Over half the garages are used for storage and not parking. Our lease agreement says that you must be able to park your car inside. This, in turn, causes people with two cars to park in the guest parking. One resident is running a car repair service out of his, and at night, when all the spots are taken up, people start to park in the fire lanes and next to the trash. Garbage: The issue is that we pay a third-party service for our garbage instead of the city or waste management. Because of this, they seem to keep any extra money they make and do not provide us service during the holidays. Fireplace: It's just an electric heater with lights. It also seems to be on a 110v power supply, which means it's not a good heater.
