Everything is amazing except the gym, and the excessive use of leaf blowers - 8 hrs one day. Hours most days. If you work night shift or from home, sensitive to loud sounds, headaches etc - as lovely as it is, this isn’t the property for you.

I lived here beginning in March of 1998 with my spouse and young daughter. The location is great. Life changes happened and 28 years later, I have come to call on the Commons at Verandas to be my next home again.

Maintenanc department is exceptional! Staff issfriendly, but office is often short-handed. Parking is not good, but probably better than most and the noise level can be bad during the summer. Grounds team is great, property is kept clean. Lots of water turnoffs recently after a few work days in a row. Plumbing is probably quite old.
