Why Renters Love It Here

Living here for almost 2 years and once I had my newborn, I had told them previous times that we had noisy neighbors I may annoy complaint numerous of times never did I ever get a response back with that maintenance request we’re always putting in and never was coming to see them felt very attacked to some point where I would just be parked on the side while other cars were and we were the ones to get threatened It just felt that this place made us so unhappy when we first moved in previous people were awesome.

Safer than non gated community

Parking for renter an guests is not ideal, apartments are very nice, maitenance is hard to get on their schedule, the office personnel are always very informative and kind.

Overpriced

Forced to pay an extra trash fee to have bums digging through your trash and it over flowing all the time. It's absolutely gross. Gate never works so homeless come in all the time. Not enough maintenance people for such a big complex so they forget you even put in an order.

Neighbors smoke, make food fight noises every day and night

Since I moved in they have not fixed my blinds, light bulbs, microwave, and other things that have not been fixed since then. My new neighbors fight every day and night making a lot of noise, that's very scary. They also smoke cigarettes and marijuana and I can't have my windows open.

Its a beautiful community. The homes are lovely. The grounds are clean and the location is great. The Management is fabulous and respectful. The gym is awesome and the maintenance is great. I just moved in and things are going good so I cant complain.
