Needs Improvement

Honestly I like my neighbors, but I don't like that my dumpster is two blocks away and that the dryers are always broken. I've tried getting repairs done, but get dismissed.

Too expensive for what you get

Poorly managed. Poor upkeep. Dumpsters are too far away. Laundry room has broken machines that cost twice as much to do the job.
