Noisy: The apartment and the Landlord

I’ve lived at Emerald Pointe about 6 months now. When I first inquired about the apartment, the landlord said that it was not as noisy as I would’ve thought. It is noisy, very, very noisy! The parking situation is ridiculous, there are many many spaces, and no availability for any visitors anywhere! My 86-year-old father visited for one week and the manager refused to let him have a parking space and the next day after I called her and she said no, left me a note on my door like I was a child. I can assure you I’m not a child.

Good place for the price. The staff is awesome. Unfortunately, the rent is rising, and my apartment hasnt been updated or changed.

Spacious and good appliances

Moved in about a month ago and its been great do far, the noise is minimal for the location. The living area, new appliances and car garage is more than worth the price! My 2 year old loves the park, and me and my wife have an easy commute to work. All in all great apartment, glad we moved in and would recommend to others! Should be a resident for a long time to come!
