Noisy: The apartment and the Landlord

I’ve lived at Emerald Pointe about 6 months now. When I first inquired about the apartment, the landlord said that it was not as noisy as I would’ve thought. It is noisy, very, very noisy! The parking situation is ridiculous, there are many many spaces, and no availability for any visitors anywhere! My 86-year-old father visited for one week and the manager refused to let him have a parking space and the next day after I called her and she said no, left me a note on my door like I was a child. I can assure you I’m not a child.
